About Tina Lilienthal
Born in Bonn, Germany lives and works in London
Having graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2003 Tina Lilienthal quickly established herself as designer for fine fashionable jewellery with an edge.
Inspired by Pop Art, porn and anything plastic Tina's work focuses on the unconventional mixture of materials and meaning. Using iconographic symbols her jewellery playfully tells the story of love and loss, the cheap and the expensive, the mundane and the precious, the sacred and the profane.
Her idiosyncratic collections have won various prestigious awards, have been selected for advertising campaigns (eg American Apparel) and are a hit with the atypical A-list in the UK and America.
